According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Epoch Times, the Federal Appeals Court lifted a preliminary ban on August 24 that restricted border patrol arrests in the Central Valley of California. The Ninth Circuit of Appeals found that the federal district court had not properly analyzed whether the plaintiff was eligible to seek prospective relief based on past alleged injuries. The court sent the lawsuit challenging immigration detention back to the district court to allow for a re-examination of the legal analysis. The new ruling is a tactical victory for the Trump administration, as it temporarily cancels the preliminary ban that restricted the border patrol's ability to make arrests.
