According to CoinMeta, Wu said that Hyperliquid Policy Center ( HPC ) and Hyperliquid , together with the third-party market deployment party Trade [ XYZ ], submitted a letter of opinion to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), suggesting the establishment of a regulated U.S. market access path for crude oil and natural gas perpetual contracts and supporting round-the-clock trading. Both parties also recommended allowing stablecoins and tokenized traditional assets to be used as collateral, and recognized the use of on-chain infrastructure for trading, clearing, and settlement.
