He pointed out that Hong Kong's status as a financial center, its connection with professionals from mainland China, and the established institutional relationships are advantages for it. He also mentioned that the combination of Hong Kong with Web3 is a "powerful combination." CZ predicts that real-world assets will become a major area of development for Web3, and emphasized that tokenized securities can provide broader access beyond traditional market time and national account systems. Hong Kong has already introduced a broader regulatory framework that covers exchanges, stablecoins, and tokenized products, attracting financial institutions and asset managers.
