According to CoinMeta, the Hyperliquid Policy Center wrote to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), recommending that perpetual contracts be at the core of derivative innovation in the United States, and pointing out their potential applications in traditional asset classes as well as the regulatory advantages of on-chain infrastructure.
