According to CoinMeta, as reported by The Information, Anthropic is considering allowing existing shareholders to sell some of their shares in IPO, which is different from the practice of large tech companies such as SpaceX that do not allow shareholders to sell their shares. Anthropic plans to publicly disclose the IPO prospectus after Labor Day in the United States and expects to hold an investor day in mid-September, with the IPO possibly taking place at the latest by the end of September or early October.
