Goldman Sachs raises the target price of Salesforce to $271, with a post-market increase of 13%

According to CoinMeta and research by TrendForce, in a research report dated August 26, 2026, Goldman Sachs noted that Salesforce's performance in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 exceeded expectations, with the post-market stock price rising by 13%. In the second quarter, CRPO grew by 14% year-over-year, and subscription revenue exceeded expectations by 0.3%. The profit margins for EBIT and FCF were 50 and 400 basis points higher, respectively. The revenue guidance for the third quarter is expected to grow by 11% to 12% year-over-year, with the core business accelerating. 5% of customers have been upgraded to the premium payment tier, and the annual contract value (ACV) has increased by 60% to 80% compared to before. Goldman Sachs reiterated its buy rating, raising the target price from $242 to $271. The adjusted earnings per share (EPS) for fiscal years 2027 to 2029 are projected to be $16.83, $16.12, and $19.19, respectively.
