According to CoinMeta, SpaceX shareholders revealed that founder Elon Musk holds approximately 48.4% of the shares, controlling the majority of voting rights. Other major shareholders include Alphabet (holding about 551 million shares, valued at around $94 billion), Valor Equity Partners (holding 3.8%), and Founders Fund of Peter Thiel (holding 3.2%). In addition, institutional investors such as Fidelity, Gigafund, and the Saudi Public Investment Fund are also among them. Recently, the lock-up period for about 319 million shares has ended, and the stock price of SpaceX fell by nearly 5% on the day of the disclosure.
