According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Coindesk, a survey conducted by the Bitcoin Policy Institute (BPI) indicates that the narrative surrounding digital gold has limited persuasiveness among ordinary Americans. The most compelling messages revolve around a sense of control, past performance, and security and convenience, emphasizing that buyers can decide on their own investment amount, even as little as $10. The study found that personal financial advisors, retirement planning experts, and relatives and friends who already hold Bitcoin are the most trusted messengers of this information, while celebrities and internet influencers rank at the bottom.
