According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Reuters, Steve Neamtz, the CEO of Yorkville America, stated that the company is close to completing the acquisition of an institutional asset management firm, with delivery expected to take place in September. On Monday, Yorkville, the fund MANGOS Plus Index ETF will be launched. This fund tracks an index that includes stocks representing concepts such as Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, Alphabet, OpenAI, SpaceX, as well as stocks from Micron and Sandisk. Since Anthropic and OpenAI are unlisted companies, the fund will obtain exposure to their prices through perpetual futures contracts. Neamtz mentioned that this is the company's first issuance in its digital and crypto products segment. Currently, Yorkville has submitted applications for the issuance of over a dozen ETF.
