According to CoinMeta, as reported by Iranian Press TV, senior military commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Mohammad Reza Naqdi stated that in the ongoing confrontation between the US and Iran, Iran's primary strategy is to establish maximum deterrence, rather than resuming military conflicts or negotiating with the enemy. Naqdi indicated that after about six months of war, Iran is considering shifting to a more offensive phase of military confrontation targeting the United States and Israel. Naqdi also said, "What we have conducted so far is conventional warfare; we have not yet entered the stage of asymmetric warfare. Asymmetric warfare means being able to wage war on Wall Street, in Manhattan, at any location, at any time. Most of the current Iranian commanders tend to favor an offensive mindset." He mentioned that all weapon production facilities that were damaged during recent battles have been rebuilt in very secure locations and are now operating using new advanced technologies with higher productivity.
