CZ: Sharing personal financial management principles - no stocks, no real estate speculation, no cryptocurrency trading
2026-09-01 08:51:00
According to CoinMeta, Binance founder CZ attended Bitcoin Asia 2026 in Hong Kong and was interviewed by "Hong Kong 01". He reflected on his journey from working at McDonald's to holding a position at Bloomberg, and then to founding Binance. He also shared his "four no's" financial management principles: not buying stocks, not speculating in real estate, not investing in cryptocurrencies, and not keeping too much cash on hand. CZ stated that the majority of his personal assets are still in cryptocurrencies, and his strategy is to hold them for the long term rather than engage in short-term trading. He believes that holding fiat currency can be the worst form of investment due to its potential for devaluation. In addition, CZ currently invests in early-stage projects through Yzilabs; over the past six months, he has invested in nearly 200 projects, with about 80% focusing on Web3 and 20% allocated to the AI sector.
