Wyoming chooses Chainlink to ensure the stability of FRNT stablecoin reserves
2026-09-02 22:33:11
According to CoinMeta, Wyoming has chosen Chainlink as the reserve backing for the FRNT stablecoin, which is the first stablecoin directly issued by a state government in the United States. The reserve certification for the Ethereum address 0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca will publish verified reserve data, and the secure issuance function will automatically prevent the issuance of new FRNT when the reserves fall below the token supply. In addition, Wyoming will also transfer the cross-chain infrastructure of FRNT from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP.
