According to CoinMeta, a report released by Evernorth indicates that the trading activity on the XRP ledger saw a significant increase in the second quarter of 2026, with the average daily order book trading volume rising by 79% compared to the same period last year, reaching 3.57 million XRP per day. Although the number of accounts executing trades decreased from 1,864 to 1,111, the average daily trading volume per active account increased from 1,072 XRP to 3,217 XRP. Order book transactions accounted for 81% of the total on-chain transactions during that quarter, compared to 54% in the same period last year. Additionally, Evernorth noted that the average supply of the US dollar-pegged stablecoin rlusd on the XRP ledger reached 539 million US dollars in the second quarter, a substantial increase from 73 million US dollars in the same period last year. The total supply of rlusd on the XRP ledger also rose from 20% to 34%.
