2026-09-03 08:00:34
According to CoinMeta, Robinhood CEO, co-founder with Vlad Tenev, stated in an interview on The Iced Coffee Hour channel on August 24th that one of his most recent concerns is how many American families hold stocks. Currently, this proportion is around 65%, whereas before the emergence of Robinhood, it was just over 50%. He is pondering whether it is possible to raise this figure to over 95%. Vlad mentioned that Robinhood aims to promote broader asset ownership, including not only stocks but also other assets such as Trump accounts, the private market, and tokenization, all of which could potentially involve more people.
