According to CoinMeta, Hyperliquid announced that its HIP-3 upgrade will support optional configurations for deployment parties in licensed markets, a feature collectively referred to as HIP-3. HIP-3 allows the deployment party or sub-deployment parties to manage the on-chain whitelist, with the deployment party having the discretion to decide whether to use it. The first version of HIP-3 has been launched on the test network, aiming to provide additional features to meet compliance requirements.
