According to CoinMeta, theenergymag analysis indicates that as some Bitcoin mining companies shift their infrastructure to HPC hosting and AI cloud services, listed mining companies have reduced their actual Bitcoin computing power by about 23%. Among those actively transforming their business models, HPC hosting and AI cloud revenues have surpassed mining revenues. However, the cumulative costs associated with these transformations are still approximately 15 times the current income generated. Meanwhile, the rise in Bitcoin prices in late August and the decrease in overall network competition in computing power have alleviated the profit pressures on mining companies using more efficient mining machines.
