Mike Rowe: CEOs are panicked about recruiting skilled workers
2026-10-12 20:06:49
According to CoinMeta, Mike Rowe indicates that as the demand for technical workers surges, American companies are intensifying their training efforts to expand their workforce and poach employees from other companies. He pointed out that many large corporations are establishing their own training programs to attract technical workers. Rowe emphasizes that currently, five technical workers leave the labor market each year, but only two can replace them, a phenomenon that has persisted for 12 years. Rowe also mentions that many technical workers, especially welders, who started working three years ago, now earn six-figure annual salaries.
