Polygon Launches Automated Stablecoin Payment Function
2026-10-13 15:20:25
According to CoinMeta, Polygon Open Money Stack, a subsidiary of Polygon, has announced the launch of an automated stablecoin payment feature (automated payout runs), aimed at helping enterprises perform global batch settlements without the need for manual signature for each individual transaction. Enterprise teams can pre-set a list of authorized recipients, expenditure budgets, time windows, and expiration rules, which are directly enforced at the smart contract level through sessions module on the wallet chain. If backend requests exceed these limits, the contracts will automatically intercept them. In addition, teams can revoke the rules at any time to terminate the payment cycle prematurely. This feature is mainly targeted at cross-border e-commerce, outsourcing employment platforms, and creator remuneration scenarios. Combined with Polygon OMS's existing fund deposit, custody, and routing settlement architecture, it provides a programmable, automated enterprise-level payment solution.
