CoinMeta Data: The Quantum Alliance was established on Thursday with the aim of setting common security standards for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other blockchain networks to address potential threats posed by future quantum computers. The alliance estimates that the public keys of 6.4 million Bitcoins (30.2% of the total supply) have been exposed, although currently, no quantum computer is powerful enough to crack existing encryption methods. Members of the alliance include Hacken, Charles Hoskinson's Midnight Foundation, Quantus, and Postquant Labs.
