According to CoinMeta, co-founder Ethereum in collaboration with Vitalik Buterin has developed a “paranoid mode” for their AI proxy, utilizing zkapi, Tor and traffic masking. Each conversation is routed through an independent Tor circuit, with requests being masked through random traffic overlay. His zkapi tool ensures that users do not reveal their identity during payment. All prompts are also rewritten locally by the user’s own AI model. Buterin indicates that this adds “a considerable amount” of latency, and Tor is “far from optimal” in terms of privacy.
