2026-10-19 08:00:58
According to CoinMeta, the co-founder of Hyperliquid Labs and CEO Jeff Yan stated in Bloomberg Podcasts that American users are violating service terms by using relevant services through VPN. He believes that to allow American users to participate in transactions in compliance with regulations, it is still necessary to bridge the gap in understanding between regulatory authorities and blockchain technology, to confirm whether it complies with the core principles of CFTC. Taking user funds as an example, he pointed out that blockchain systems allow anyone to verify whether the total user balance is consistent with the amount of USDC in the address, and this verifiability helps regulatory authorities understand the value of new technologies.
