According to CoinMeta, metaplanet will inject 2,100 BTC and $2.5 million into Super League, acquiring 44.86 million shares at a price of $3 per share. After the transaction is completed, the company will be renamed Superplanet, and its stock code will be changed to SUPA. metaplanet will hold more than 90% of the shares during a five-year lock-up period. Superplanet plans to purchase Bitcoin by issuing perpetual preferred stocks, with the transaction expected to be completed in the fourth quarter.
