2026-10-21 21:55:21
According to CoinMeta, AI companies supported by NVIDIA, such as Crusoe, are building data centers. They hold an optimistic attitude towards pricing, stating that they see GPU prices rising, including for older NVIDIA chips. Lochmiller said, "The A100 prices we are seeing now are higher than those in 2020-2021, and the prices from H100 are also above the levels at the time of deployment in 2023." He added, "Demand is very strong, and a large part of that is due to significant improvements in underlying model capabilities; people are creating more value from computing infrastructure."
