According to CoinMeta, Meta ($META) has confirmed the creation of a new class of shares without voting rights. Each shareholder will receive one new share of Class C stock without voting rights in proportion to their existing holdings. Meta indicates that these new shares will operate in a manner similar to a 2-for-1 stock split at the current stock price.
