According to CoinMeta, on Wednesday, Anthropic announced the launch of a new application called Claude Duet, positioning it as an “active agent.” This tool can run in the background continuously, proactively reminding users of tasks to be completed and handling various work assignments. Currently, Claude Duet is still in the research and preview phase, and users need to join a waiting list to qualify for use. This means that the product is not yet able to compete directly with other intelligent agent products such as Muse and OpenAI newly launched by Meta in a broader market. Anthropic stated that Duet is developed based on its flagship model Opus 5.5.
