CoinMeta Data: According to official messages from Espresso, the benchmark tests after the mainnet upgrade showed that in a simulated environment with 100 nodes representing global network latency, the data throughput reached 181 mb per second. Assuming each stablecoin transfer occupies 180 bytes, this theoretically allows for over 1 million transfers per second. Under peak load, the average final confirmation time was 778 milliseconds. This upgrade has moved block construction within the verifier nodes, adopted a fully connected encrypted network for single-hop message transmission, abolished the independent Data Availability Committee, and replaced it with consensus voting to verify data availability. Additionally, xor erasure coding and blake3 hashing have been introduced to reduce computational overhead.
