Tom Lee: The selling pressure of AI has ended, and the market is about to see a healthy correction
2026-10-23 13:47:19
According to CoinMeta, the Tom Lee from Fundstrat indicates that "the end of the selling pressure on AI has arrived." He views this as a healthy correction, as the scrutiny in the debt market has curbed speculation, while the breakout of AI continues. He noted, "I don't think too much capital is being invested in AI at the moment." Lee pointed out that the decline in bond yields and the potentially more dovish attitude of the Federal Reserve are reducing resistance, and believes that short-selling tech stocks has become a crowded trade. Lee is optimistic about NVIDIA, memory chips, the seven major tech stocks, software, and cryptocurrencies, stating, "I see it as a spring that is ready to be released, as the fundamentals have been supporting it all along."
