According to CoinMeta, Zhang Jinrui, the head of the Digital Industry Department of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, stated at today's press conference on the economic performance of Beijing's industrial and information software industry in the first three quarters of 2026 that Beijing will focus on three main areas during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period: First, to enhance the supply capacity of metaverse elements, by establishing grading evaluation standards for metaverse element factories and building world-class metaverse element factory clusters; second, to streamline the circulation and trading system, by introducing evaluation standards for metaverse element distribution platforms and creating a world-class metaverse element trading platform to improve cross-model, cross-modal, and cross-computing power platform connectivity; third, to deepen the integrated application of scenarios, by implementing artificial intelligence application demonstration projects to drive industrial aggregation through innovative scenarios.
