Germany's DAX index fell by 0.75%, France's CAC40 index fell by 0.69%, the UK FTSE 100 index fell by 0.49%, and the European Stoxx 50 index fell by 0.60%. AI crude oil rose by 1.46% to $100.92 per barrel, and Brent crude oil rose by 1.25% to $114.59 per barrel. The simultaneous impact of a mass sell-off in technology stocks, the intensification of France's sovereign debt crisis, and the shock of Middle Eastern oil prices triggered the strongest one-day rebound in the U.S. Treasury market in three years. The Kremlin announced that talks on the Ukraine issue in Abu Dhabi are scheduled for early November. SpaceX shares were up 2% before the market opened, with reports indicating that the company is seeking to connect to 80,000 U.S. cellular communication base stations to build a wireless communication network. SK SeaMicroelectronics' shares rose by more than 5% before the market opened, leading to the suspension of its Solidigm chip division's U.S. listing plans. Intel's shares rose by more than 3% before the market opened, and the U.S. FCC approved exemptions to the "robot import ban."
