According to CoinMeta, as reported by Crypto Briefing, Franklin Templeton has submitted an 8-A filing for two funds, ETF, which aim to list on NASDAQ. The funds are proposed to be designated with the codes FBEQ and FIBT. Initially, each fund will be allocated 95% to U.S. stocks and 5% to Bitcoin-related investments, with stock dividends used to increase the exposure to Bitcoin. This will be achieved through exchange-traded products, including those under EZBC. Franklin Templeton will not directly hold Bitcoin. However, if the weight of Bitcoin exceeds 5% during quarterly rebalancing, it will be reduced to 4.5%.
