According to CoinMeta, Kimi issued a public apology two days after releasing K3.1 and Pro for member traffic restrictions and unnecessary quota consumption. They acknowledged that the problem was their own fault and announced that they would compensate all valid subscribed members with an amount equivalent to 25% of the monthly total quota, which is roughly equivalent to a week's quota.
