2026-10-26 21:33:17
According to CoinMeta, Anthropic has announced its public listing, adopting a capital and governance structure referred to as “novel.” Class A shares grant one vote per share, while Class N shares, which are primarily held by strategic business partners, do not carry voting rights but can be converted into Class A shares when sold to unrelated third parties. Apart from the co-founders, other employees will receive Class E shares that allow voting only on specific, limited matters. Class T, F, and E shares do not entitle holders to any economic benefits. Additionally, the company contributed 846.8 million Class N shares to its wholly-owned Anthropic charitable fund, representing 5% of the fully diluted shares as of June 30th.
