According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, Broadcom ($AVGO) has arranged a $63 billion financing deal aimed at providing AI chips for Anthropic. The deal is funded by Bank of America, Blackstone Group, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley, and involves the establishment of a new special purpose company that will purchase Broadcom's chips and lease them to Anthropic. Broadcom also supports the financing by guaranteeing the future value of some of these chips.
