In September, the Solana ecosystem will welcome a new round of token unlocks. According to disclosed data, more than ten projects will release newly circulated tokens this month, with the larger amount projects being concentrated in TRUMP, PUMP, CARDS, GRASS, and KMNO. In addition to the regular linear unlocking, some projects will also involve actions such as buybacks, token destruction, and token name changes, so the market's focus is not just on the new supply itself.
TRUMP and PUMP rank among the top in terms of amount.
Calculated in US dollar value, the largest release in September came from the Official Trump tokens. This project will release an additional 28.271 million TRUMP tokens this month, which is approximately 60.25 million US dollars, accounting for 10.35% of the circulating supply and 2.71% of the total supply.
Following closely behind, there is a plan to release 6.875 billion PUMP in September, which is approximately 28.8 million US dollars, accounting for 1.73% of the circulating supply and 0.82% of the total supply. This is the third consecutive month of monthly distribution for this project after the initial 12-month lock-up period ended in July.

CARDS Repurchase and destruction have already occurred before unlocking.
Collector Crypt plans to unlock 59.26 million CARDS on September 29, which is approximately 10.16 million US dollars, accounting for 6.35% of the circulating supply and 2.99% of the total supply.
Prior to this unlocking, the project team confirmed the completion of a large-scale repurchase and destruction process. The team stated that they have purchased a total of 22.49 million CARDS tokens, which accounts for approximately 5.4% of the circulating supply, and have destroyed all of these tokens.
Collector Crypt also stated that the platform's net revenue in August exceeded $91 million, less than three months after reaching a total transaction volume of $1 billion. In conjunction with this milestone, the project plans to relaunch the Gacha Games event in September, encompassing challenges, competitions, and rewards.
GRASS and KMNO continue the existing release rhythm
Grass will be unlocked in total by 17.13 million GRASS on September 27th, 28th, and during the daily linear releases, which is approximately equivalent to 7.24 million US dollars. This accounts for 2.53% of the circulating supply and 1.71% of the total supply. The token was listed for spot trading on Coinbase on August 26th, and with the addition of new trading venues, its market availability has increased.
Kamino will unlock 229.17 million KMNO on September 30, which is approximately 5.51 million US dollars, accounting for 4.21% of the circulating supply and 2.29% of the total supply. According to the existing arrangements, KMNO will basically maintain a fixed release rate of about 229.16 million per month, excluding other distributions such as community incentives. Currently, more than 8 billion KMNO have been unlocked, accounting for over 80% of the total supply.
Sanctum Proposes an additional destruction plan
Sanctum This month, 10.45 million CLOUD will be linearly unlocked, which is estimated to be about $207,600 according to the text. This accounts for 1.71% of the circulating supply and 1.04% of the total supply. However, compared to this regular unlocking, the market is more concerned about the additional supply adjustment proposal.
The protocol proposes to destroy 259 million CLOUD. If the proposal is approved, the total number of tokens will decrease from 1 billion to 741 million, a reduction of about 25%. At the same time, Sanctum also plans to change the token abbreviation from CLOUD to SANC, but will not change the token address or adjust the underlying token economic structure.
Overall, the supply changes in the Solana ecosystem in September were mainly driven by several large-scale unlocks, among which the amounts of TRUMP, PUMP, and CARDS received the most attention. At the same time, the expansion of trading channels for GRASS and the proposals for destruction and name change of Sanctum also meant that the focus of observations this month was no longer limited to the scale of the unlocks themselves.
