ATLANTA, September 28th / PRNewswire / —— Graphic Packaging Holding Company (New York Stock Exchange ticker: GPK), a global leader in sustainable consumer packaging, today announced the appointment of Aditya Gandhi as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 28th. He will report to the interim Chief Financial Officer, Charles D. Lischer.

Before joining Graphic Packaging, Gandhi served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for AptarGroup and Inc. Prior to that, he worked at Sonoco Products Company for nearly five years, during which time he held the position of CFO for almost four years. He also held senior positions at WestRock, including as the Department Controller for the consumer packaging business.

Graphic Packaging President and CEO, Robbert Rietbroek, stated: " Aditya has an outstanding resume and has accumulated extensive experience in accounting consulting services, as well as in the roles of Chief Financial Officer in the paper and packaging industries. In the early stages of his career, Gandhi held a senior technical accounting position at GE and worked at Deloitte for over a decade. During his time at Deloitte, he held senior roles in the company's national offices in the United States as well as in London, providing advice to clients on complex accounting issues under the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
