The new model is available in two colors: Star Armor Silver and Shadow Black, and it comes with a built-in fan as well as a fully metal body. According to previous official previews, the iQOO Pad Ultra is equipped with an 8.8-inch 165Hz OLED competitive display with a 2.65mm border around each side. According to the official poster, the local peak brightness of the iQOO Pad Ultra screen reaches 4500nits, with a response time of less than 1ms and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3%.

In addition, iQOO Pad Ultra is equipped with a five-layer air cooling system for the ice dome, featuring a built-in 30×30×3.5mm active cooling fan.
