New York, September 28 (Reuters) / PRNewswire / — Bank of America today announced the launch of Payments Insights, a new feature of CashPro ® that will provide corporate and business customers with actionable insights into payment efficiency, cross-border capital flows, and working capital performance on their U.S. accounts. This feature will be integrated into CashPro Data Intelligence, the bank's artificial intelligence-based financial insights and analysis tool suite.

Transform payment data into action

Through proprietary peer benchmarking and dynamic visualization, Payments Insights will help finance teams explore trends and identify areas that may require attention. The new insights product expands on the AI and advanced analytics capabilities available in CashPro, providing finance teams with personalized and customized insights based on available customer data, helping them to transform data into actionable actions.

The head of CashPro Personalized Technologies, which is under Bank of America Global Payments Solutions, Jennifer Sanctis, stated: "The corporate treasury team is managing a vast amount of payment and foreign exchange data, but this data only creates value when it is organized and presented in a way that supports actionable decisions. Payments Insights will help the finance team to cut through complexity and focus on the most important decisions."

Built on customer input

Payments Insights directly adopted customer feedback during the development process, including the inputs from the member CashPro Boards, to ensure that this experience meets the financial needs of the real world.

Allegis Group, the Chief Financial Officer, and CashPro Board, a member of the US team, stated: "The future of finance is not just about obtaining more data, but about quickly understanding what that data means and how to act based on it. Payments Insights helps us identify patterns and trends, providing the team with greater visibility, thereby enabling us to make smarter and more strategic decisions."

Significantly improve payment decision-making

CashPro processed 213 million payments in the first half of 2026, a year-on-year increase of 10%. A clearer understanding of payment patterns can help customers identify potential opportunities in payment methods, cross-border transactions, currency usage, and working capital management.

GPS, the co-responsible person for global corporate sales, Jay Davenport stated: "At such a scale, even minor improvements in the company's payment methods can lead to meaningful benefits. By helping customers identify more efficient payment methods and optimizing cross-border and currency choices, Payments Insights can support stronger working capital results."
