Insurance technology platforms are strengthening their leadership teams as they expand into personal and commercial insurance businesses.

San Francisco, September 28th / PRNewswire / -- Savus, Inc. Today, we announce the appointment of Ethan Jones as Executive Vice President, responsible for operations. Savus is a leading technology company dedicated to transforming the automation of personal and commercial insurance distribution and underwriting. In his new role, Jones will be in charge of the company's operational strategy, execution, and expansion, and will serve as the primary operational liaison for Savus among its platform partners.

As Savus expands into both personal and commercial insurance sectors and accelerates its growth, Jones joins the company at this critical moment. He will be responsible for end-to-end operational delivery, from partner onboarding to quotation, underwriting, and policy issuance, and will also help to expand the operational team that drives the platform's rapid and rigorous expansion. A core part of his responsibilities is to develop and improve standards, operation manuals, and repeatable process frameworks in order to shorten onboarding times; this capability directly determines how quickly Savus can expand the range of businesses that partners can quote and underwrite for.

CEO Andreja Stevanovic represents: “Ethan brings the kind of operational discipline we need at this stage. The value we create for our partners ultimately depends on the depth and reliability of the platform, as well as the speed at which we can expand it.”

In addition to operational delivery, Jones will also serve as a subject expert in customer-facing scenarios, working closely with the sales and marketing teams of Savus to transform platform capabilities into market promotion materials and transaction support. He will also collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and product team to drive operational requirements within the product roadmap, and strengthen the feedback loop between partners and the product, in order to continuously improve the platform's speed, quality, and reliability.

Jones The reason that attracted me to join Savus is that operations here are not something considered afterwards. They are at the core of the product. The independence of the company and its dedication to truly thinking for its partners are rare, and this is also the foundation for building truly lasting relationships. I look forward to driving scalability throughout the ecosystem in the right way.

Jones will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on the platform, which cover quality, time to market, and uptime, while ensuring compliance with partner requirements, data processing standards, and applicable regulatory obligations.

Before joining Savus, Jones served as Chief Revenue Officer at Kissterra for four years and held numerous senior management positions in the fields of insurance, agency, marketing, and technology, with over 20 years of experience. This includes more than a decade of tenure at Esurance, during which he was responsible for channel distribution.
