Today, companies can use Muse in customer conversations, calendars, and workflows through HighLevel. This marks the second collaboration between the two companies within three months.

Dallas, September 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AI operating system for enterprises, agencies, and entrepreneurs, HighLevel, announces that HighLevel has now been integrated with Meta's new AI product Muse, enabling businesses to utilize Muse within their workflows, conversations, calendars, and customer information that are already managed through HighLevel.

Muse is a personal AI agent launched by Meta, aimed at helping users complete multi-step tasks. By connecting HighLevel with Muse, enterprises can enable Muse to perform operations in daily business operations, including managing sales leads, coordinating and scheduling meetings, updating customer information, and preparing for customer communications.

HighLevel, co-founder Shaun Clark, stated: "It's very useful to have AI that can answer questions. But the real AI that can actually get things done for your business is a completely different matter. That's where the excitement of integrating Muse lies. Businesses can use Muse within their existing workflows and tools they rely on every day, to move from discussing tasks to actually completing them."

This connector marks the second collaboration between Meta and HighLevel within three months. In June of this year, Meta selected HighLevel as an early-stage partner for the Facebook Lead Ads embedded reservation feature, enabling customers to make reservations directly through the HighLevel calendar within the potential customer acquisition process at Facebook.

Today, this partnership has extended to the field of proxy AI.

HighLevel currently provides AI agents and AI drivers in voice, dialogue, and workflow applications. HighLevel indicates that integrating with Muse has advanced the platform's broader vision: enterprises should be able to use the AI tools that best suit them, while HighLevel continues to serve as the core operating system, connecting customer data, dialogue, and business workflows.

Muse provides proxy capabilities, while HighLevel provides the working scenarios for it.

Clark means: "Whenever more powerful AI products or agents emerge, companies should not be forced to rebuild their technology stacks from scratch. Whether this intelligence comes from HighLevel or companies like Meta, our job is to provide the business infrastructure to help transform AI capabilities into actual work and tangible results."

HighLevel was officially launched on September 29, 2026, as a connector for Muse.
