This honor marks Clinch's fifth consecutive recognition in the "Advertising and Marketing" category.

New York, September 30, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- The agency-based operating system for omnichannel advertising, Clinch, has been selected to appear on the 2026 Best Workplaces for Advertising and Marketing list compiled by Great Place To Work (Fortune Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing ™ 2026), ranking 15th.

This recognition is based on anonymous employee feedback collected through the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ survey. The survey assesses the consistency of employees' experiences in terms of trust, fairness, and the credibility of management. In Clinch, 94% of employees stated that the company is a great place to work, compared to 57% for typical companies in the United States.

The survey results also show that 100% of the Clinch employees agree that management will recruit suitable candidates, that employees are given meaningful responsibilities, and that everyone is considered a full member of the team regardless of their position.

Clinch, co-founder and CEO, Oz Etzioni, stated: "This recognition belongs to the employees of Clinch. It is they who have established a culture based on trust, responsibility, and mutual respect. In such a culture, people are empowered to contribute, challenge assumptions, and grow together. I am particularly proud that this honor reflects their own experiences as well as the standards they continue to set for the company."

This honor marks Clinch as being selected for the Fortune Best Workplaces for Advertising and Marketing list for the fifth consecutive year. Since 2022, the company has also been included in the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York list and the Fortune Best Small Workplaces list on multiple occasions.

The culture behind Clinch supports a global team that helps to address some of the most complex operational challenges in the advertising industry. It is this culture that drives the company to continue expanding its Flight Control platform, which enables brands and agencies to coordinate creativity, data, and media execution through a unified system.
