Taipei, October 1, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Industrial storage, memory, and expansion module solutions provider Cervoz Technology announces the launch of the T449 and T459 series, which are M.2 2280 NVMe SSD that meet the MIL-STD-810H standards, specifically designed for embedded systems deployed in defense, aerospace, transportation, and industrial automation fields.

Environmental Reliability

Harsh environments can continuously exert mechanical and environmental stresses on embedded storage. The T449 and T459 series meet the requirements of MIL-STD-810H for combined vibration, shock, and temperature-altitude testing, to ensure reliable operation in severe deployment environments.

Vibration-resistant padding is integrated as a standard design feature in the product to mechanically secure the controller and the NAND chip under long-term vibration. For deployments in high-humidity or harsh outdoor environments, an optional three-proof coating can provide specialized moisture and chemical protection, isolating sensitive circuits from pollutants in the air.

Continuous Performance

Applications such as task computers, AI edge platforms, video recording, and industrial data logging require storage devices to maintain stable writing performance during continuous operation.

This series supports PCIe Gen4, x4, and NVMe. The maximum read speed can reach 5,085 MB /s, and the maximum write speed can reach 4,765 MB /s. Industrial-grade 3D TLC NAND and LDPC error correction, wear leveling, and end-to-end data protection help to maintain data integrity under continuous load.

Hardware-based data protection and destruction

In highly secure operations, protecting sensitive information goes far beyond standard software encryption. In cases of device maintenance, redeployment, or when the hardware is compromised, storage devices need to be capable of immediately, reliably, and irreversibly erasing data, while also complying with strict security protocols.

The T449 and T459 series integrate multiple layers of data security mechanisms at the hardware level to meet these critical security requirements:

  • Write protection: Hardware-based forced locking to prevent unauthorized modification or tampering with critical startup files and data.
  • Quick erase: Remove all stored data within seconds to prepare for the redeployment or reuse of SSD.
  • Physical destruction: The ultimate level of hardware protection. Triggered by dedicated hardware, SSD will initiate high-voltage physical destruction, directing electrical overstress to the NAND Flash controller and storage units, causing them to burn out. This ensures that sensitive data cannot be permanently and irreversibly recovered even in the event that a physical drive is compromised or lost.

Longer durability

Long-term storage reliability depends not only on the quality of NAND, but also on efficient flash memory management. The T459 series further integrates Over-Provisioning, dynamic SLC write caching, Safeguard, and Circuitguard technologies to reduce write amplification, enhance flash memory durability, and maintain consistent performance in continuous recording and other write-intensive applications.

Target Application

Typical deployment platforms include:

  • Defense and reinforced embedded computers
  • Ground vehicles, maritime, and aerospace support systems
  • Unmanned platforms ( UAV, UGV, and USV )
  • Transportation and Industrial Automation Systems

The Cervoz T449 and T459 series have a maximum capacity of up to 2TB and are available in both standard temperature versions (0°C to 70°C) and wide temperature versions (-40°C to +85°C).
