Plano, Texas, October 2, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Alkami Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq ticker: ALKT) ("Alkami") today announced that MANTL will be hosting a live web seminar, inviting Grow Financial Federal Credit Union ( Grow Financial ) to share how the credit cooperative has transformed the account opening process into a cohesive onboarding experience, thereby supporting member growth, improving operational efficiency, and deepening customer relationships.

This event is co-hosted by Callahan and Associates and is titled "3X Growth with in Under 3 Minutes : How Grow Financial Built One Connected Origination Journey". It will take place on Monday, October 5th, at 2 pm Eastern Time in the United States. The guests of the seminar include Grow Financial, Chief Experience Officer; Jared Barr, Vice President of Digital Experience Assistance; and Alkami, Senior Sales Director Paul Koehl.

As member expectations continue to rise, financial institutions are no longer focusing solely on the digital account opening process itself; instead, they are seeking to create a seamless experience across online banking, physical branches, and loan channels. At the seminar, Grow Financial will share how they managed to increase the number of accounts opened by more than three times by implementing MANTL, while also reducing the time for online account opening to within 3 minutes and the time for account opening at branches to within 5 minutes. Participants will also learn how Grow Financial utilizes MANTL to enable members to open more deposit accounts seamlessly, increase their wallet shares, and extend this coherent strategy to loan services through MANTL Point - of-Sale ( POS ).

"Rapid account opening is gradually becoming a basic requirement. The greater opportunity lies in creating a seamless experience that allows members to move from interest expression, application, loan disbursement to ongoing interaction without having to start over at each step," said Koehl. "We at Grow Financial are focusing on member relationships by connecting deposits, branches, loans, and digital banking services. We look forward to sharing how this approach can help other credit cooperatives reduce friction, improve employee efficiency, and lay a more solid foundation for sustainable growth."

During the seminar, participants will learn about:

  • Grow Financial How to modernize the account opening process at 26 branches and unify physical and digital banking channels.
  • How to reduce the online account opening time to within 3 minutes, and at the same time increase the number of accounts opened by more than 3 times while improving the member experience.
  • How can members seamlessly open more share accounts in digital banks to increase their wallet share and grow their relationships?
  • Today, less than a quarter of applications require manual review, thereby improving operational efficiency.
  • MANTL POS How to help Grow Financial establish a unified entry point for deposit and loan applications.
  • Simplified onboarding features, including debit card binding and pre-registration, how do they help to strengthen member relationships and long-term value?

"Our members don't think in terms of deposits, loans, branches, or digital channels; they are only concerned with what they need to accomplish," said Barr. "By connecting the initiation processes, we can design around member relationships rather than internal procedures. This also allows our team members to have more time to listen and provide suggestions, while making it easier for members to open the products they need."
