New York, October 5, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- The national vacation rental company Pavilion was officially launched today. The company stated that there are currently 20 local companies joined, managing over 5,000 properties, and receiving about 50,000 guests monthly across the United States.

Pavilion brings together successful vacation rental companies that have established strong relationships with local owners in their respective markets and possess local expertise. The local teams of each company will continue to lead the operations, while also benefiting from the resources and scale support of a larger organization. What makes Pavilion unique is its ownership structure: the heads of the local companies under it will become long-term shareholders and, together with the team that operates Pavilion itself, hold the majority of the company's equity.

"What we're looking for are local companies that have established excellent relationships with property owners, because these relationships are the core of this business," said Lino Maldonado, co-founder and CEO of Pavilion. "We treat property owners as business owners. Our job is to provide them with the best services, technology, and talent in the industry, so that their businesses will be more valuable next year than they are today."

" Pavilion allows me to continue developing my own business while also holding shares in a larger company," said Myrtle Beach Destinations, the founder of Steven Chrobak. "We have the tools and support we need for growth, and the only change that my landlords noticed is that we are doing better."

Pavilion is currently actively seeking more local vacation rental companies from all over the United States. “We are looking for builders,” said Pavilion, co-founder Brady Stump. “Those teams that have built excellent businesses in their local markets and wish to significantly expand their scale with the help of resources. They are joining a community of pioneers, where everyone jointly owns the company, shares effective experiences, and solves problems together as a team.”

The investors of Pavilion include TZP Group, an investment fund managed by HPS Investment Partners (which is affiliated with BlackRock), as well as Capital Dynamics. Prudential Financial and Inc. The global asset management business of NYSE (PFI) serves as the main lender for the Pavilion platform. TZP Group partner Paul Davis stated: "Excellent hotel and service companies should not be forced to make a choice between their unique characteristics and scale advantages. The original intention of Pavilion was to allow these companies to access resources that are usually only available to larger corporations, while preserving the local knowledge, hospitality, and entrepreneurial spirit on which their success relies."

The 20 founding local companies of Pavilion include 30A Vacay, Akers Ellis, Beach Getaways, Blue Creek Cabins, Compass Resorts, Destin Pointe Realty, Enjoy Unique Stays, Executive Villas, Host & Keep, Kabino, Maui Paradise Properties, Myrtle Beach Destinations, Panhandle Getaways, Premium Beach Condos, Rent, in, Myrtle, Salt Water Vacations, Scenic Stays, Sea Mountain Vacations, Vacay Rental Network, and Wild Oak Telluride. Blue Creek Cabins, Destin Pointe Realty, Premium Beach Condos, and Rent as well as in and Myrtle have merged with one of the other local companies; therefore, the group currently operates with 16 companies.

Jefferies LLC serves as the exclusive financial advisor, while Cooley LLP acts as the legal counsel.
