ChainIT launches an organization-level MPC wallet, introducing "face recognition as password" into Web3.
Production environment wallets will combine password-free ChainIT ID with transaction-by-transaction authorization checks to advance their Web3 Complete Commerce architecture for autonomous agents over the period of TOKEN2049 weeks.
Singapore, October 7, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- ChainIT Inc. Today, it was announced that its multi-party computing ( MPC ) wallet for organizations is now available in a production environment. This product connects password-free ChainIT ID with transaction-specific authorization checks before signing. According to this announcement, every transaction signed through this wallet requires approval from verified and authorized organization members. This feature is already included in each organization's digital identity profile under ChainIT and there is no additional charge for it.
Prior to the release of this announcement, ChainIT demonstrated its Agentic Web3 Complete Commerce architecture on TOKEN2049 during the week of October 6th. This wallet release focuses on the individuals and organizations behind these transactions: identifying who they are, confirming whether they are still authorized to take action at present, and requiring their approval before any funds are moved.
ChainIT, the founder and CEO, stated: "A password does not equal verified identity, and logging in does not equate to the authority to manage company assets. ChainIT connects 'who you are', 'what tasks you are authorized to perform', and 'which transactions you approve of'. Your face is your password. Your permissions are verified before wallet signatures are made. This is a Web3 solution designed for Web3 companies."
No need to memorize passwords, and there are no blanket permissions either.
Passwords and mnemonic phrases can be copied, shared, stolen through phishing, or forgotten. ChainIT indicates that ChainIT ID eliminates the need for users to memorize account passwords or mnemonic phrases, instead relying on biometric live detection, device verification, and encrypted identity credentials. One-time verification challenges will still be included in applicable security processes.
In the process of organizing wallets, members first complete biometric liveness detection and wallet authentication, and then use their own wallet identities to sign off on a specific operation. The liveness verification is conducted outside of the signing enclave. Primary enclave (the main enclave) is an isolated environment that verifies authorization before signing. It subsequently confirms whether the approval signed by the wallet comes from a registered member of the organization and whether it matches the requested operation.
Permission verification is required before each transaction, not just once when opening an account.
Before signing any transaction through the organization wallet, Primary and enclave will perform a series of checks. They will confirm that the wallet approval is valid, that the individual is still an active member of the organization, and that the approval is completely consistent with the specific action and transaction being requested. Each approval also expires after a short period of time and can only be used once. Logging in or approving one transaction does not grant anyone the authority to execute another different transaction.
The organizational governance model of ChainIT connects the roles and permissions assigned to senior executives with proven wallet strategies. Inviting members, adding members, and removing members also require respective verified authorizations. Its goal is not only to determine "who can initiate transactions" but also to specify "who can change the permission rules that will apply in future exchanges."
Distributed signature, no need to assemble a complete private key
The organization's wallet uses multi-party computation (MPC) for signing. Its signature keys are represented by two independent cryptographic shares, each of which is protected within an isolated (AWS Nitro Enclave). Both enclaves must participate in order to generate a standard, Ethereum-compatible signature without having to re-create the complete private key. The persistently saved (MPC) key material is encrypted.
The member's individual authorization keys are separate from the signing shares of these organizations. Members approve specific operations; Primary and enclave will verify this authorization before initiating the joint signing process. Organizational-level shares are retained within the enclave infrastructure, not on the members' devices. No single participant MPC can generate an organizational signature on their own.
Web3 solution for Web3 companies
ChainIT indicates that ChainIT ID can be universally used in ChainIT applications that support this feature, without the need for users to set a new password for each participating service. Each integration will retain its applicable verification, authorization, and product requirements. ChainIT invites wallet providers, exchanges, market platforms, payment platforms, and corporate Web3 teams to explore integration in order to achieve verified access and organization transactions that are subject to governance constraints.
The Executive Vice President in charge of Verified Payments, and, and Commerce, Eric Tacl, stated, "What Web3 companies need is not just another way to sign transactions. They need to connect verified individuals, organizations, appropriate levels of authorization, and specific operations. Password-free access simplifies the experience. Verifying permissions for each individual transaction allows enterprises to control what happens next."
The production environment wallet, ChainIT, has added a component of "execution authorized by humans" to the broader Complete Commerce architecture. This architecture ensures that permissions are verified before execution and compliance requirements are met for each individual transaction, while also retaining evidence of the transactions. The release this time covers transactions that have been approved by humans. Comprehensive integration with partner systems, as well as transactions executed on behalf of AI within established limitations, are currently under separate development and testing phases.
Usability and TOKEN2049 Meeting Arrangements
The organization-level MPC wallet became officially available in the production environment on October 6, 2026, and has been included in the new ChainIT organizational digital identity profile, without any additional cost. Existing organization wallets are being migrated from the previous model. The supported features and integrations may vary depending on the deployment situation.
Eric Tacl Doctor is attending the TOKEN2049 in Singapore, representing ChainIT to participate in discussions related to media, products, and integration. Meeting requests and more information can be obtained through the TOKEN2049 Singapore page on ChainIT.
About ChainIT
ChainIT is a native Web3 infrastructure that is oriented towards verified identities, provable permissions, compliance, and Complete Commerce. The company's Web3 architecture is supported by a portfolio of 15 authorized patents. ChainIT connects password-free authentication, organizational governance, digital protocols, payments, and verifiable transaction evidence, introducing permissions and accountability into business activities involving individuals, organizations, and AI agents.
ChainIT indicates that its technology has already supported the fund management operations of large American banks, connecting their Web3 infrastructure with existing financial infrastructure. Through ChainIT ID, organization-level MPC wallets, Pactvera, and ChainIT Pay, this platform can link "who is taking action," "what they are authorized to do," and "which transactions they approve" in an environment that supports ChainIT.
