Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, October 7, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Capital Group Today, we announce that we have obtained a financial services license from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi International Financial Centre ( FSRA ). Capital Group is one of the largest and most experienced active asset management companies in the world, managing assets worth $3.6 trillion. This license enables the company to operate as a regulated asset manager and allows it to engage in trading, investment management, and distribution activities within ADGM.

This regulatory milestone marks the next phase of Capital Group's long-term investment in the region. Previously, in May 2026, the company announced plans to open its first office in the Middle East in Abu Dhabi. Since then, the company has deployed employees from North America, Europe, and Asia to the local area in order to bring professional capabilities in investment, operations, and customer service closer to the customers and opportunities in that region. The company expects that the size of the local team will continue to grow in the future as the business and customer needs develop.
