Microsoft also offers hardware extended service and accidental damage protection. The one-year hardware extended service costs 588 yuan, while the two-year, three-year, and four-year Microsoft Complete all-inclusive service plans cost 1,888 yuan, 2,388 yuan, and 2,988 yuan respectively.
From the configuration, Surface Laptop Ultra can be equipped with up to 128GB of unified memory and 1TB of SSD. It comes with 6,144 cores in the GPU model, 20 cores in the CPU model, and 11 cores in the professional version of Windows. The price is 48,388 yuan.
Microsoft states that the cooling capacity of this Surface Laptop Ultra laptop is 2.5 times that of the existing Surface. When running on battery, this laptop can still perform at 99% of its power when plugged in.
At the same time, this laptop weighs less than 4.5 pounds (about 2 kilograms), which is even lighter than the 16-inch MacBook Pro (2.14 kilograms). The Surface Laptop Ultra also comes with a brand-new magnetic charging port that uses the standard USB-C interface format, abandoning the previous Surface Connect.
