Revenue
As of June 30, 2026, SOS focuses on three main product and service lines, including commodity trading, custody services, and other businesses. Among these, commodity trading accounts for 97.6% of total revenue, custody services account for 2.0%, and other businesses account for 0.4%.
Net revenue was $48.8 million, a decrease of 45.5% compared to $85.6 million in the same period last year. The company stated that this decline is mainly attributed to two factors: (1) the slowdown in the global economy prompted the company to proactively reduce its business activities as planned in the first half of the year; (2) weakening domestic demand has suppressed the company's business and hindered operations.

Selling expenses have increased to $2.6 million, compared to $2.3 million in the same period last year, primarily due to rising transportation costs.
General and administrative expenses
General and administrative expenses amounted to $6 million, which represents a year-on-year decrease of 36.0% compared to $9.4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The company stated that the decrease was mainly due to the absence of depreciation expenses for mining machines during this period.
Net Loss
Calculated in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the United States ( GAAP ), the net loss was $34.5 million, while at the end of the six-month period ending June 30, 2025, the net loss was $14.2 million, representing an increase of 142.8%.
