Walnut Creek, California, October 9, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Exchange-traded product innovation provider USCF announced today that, in accordance with the decision and voting results of the USCF ETF Trust board of directors, the company plans to close and liquidate the following products. The board of directors has approved the liquidation and dissolution of the following exchange-traded funds (hereinafter referred to as “funds”):

  • USCF Sustainable Battery Metals Strategy Fund ( ZSB )
  • USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund ( WTIB )
  • USCF Energy Commodity Strategy Absolute Return Fund ( USE )
  • USCF Gold Plus Income Strategy Fund ( USG )
  • USCF Dividend Income Fund ( UDI )

USCF Sustainable Battery Metals Strategy Fund ( ZSB )

After business closes on October 19, 2026, ZSB will no longer accept orders. ZSB trading will be suspended before the market opens on October 20, 2026. Starting from October 20, 2026, ZSB will no longer be traded on NYSE Arca, and its shares will no longer have a secondary market. Before the liquidation date, ZSB will begin to liquidate its portfolio and may no longer be managed according to its investment objectives. ZSB will cease operations, liquidate its assets, and distribute the proceeds to registered shareholders around October 27, 2026 (the “ZSB liquidation date”). Any shareholders who still hold ZSB around the ZSB liquidation date will have their shares redeemed at net asset value.

USCF Oil Plus Bitcoin Strategy Fund ( WTIB ) and USCF Energy Commodity Strategy Absolute Return Fund ( USE )

After the business closes on November 5, 2026, WTIB and USE will no longer accept new orders. Trading for WTIB and USE will be suspended before the market opens on November 6, 2026. Starting from November 6, 2026, WTIB and USE will no longer be traded on NYSE Arca, and their shares will no longer have a secondary market. Before the liquidation date, WTIB and USE will each begin to liquidate their portfolios, and therefore may no longer be managed according to their investment objectives. WTIB and USE will cease operations, liquidate their assets, and distribute the proceeds to registered shareholders around November 13, 2026 (the "liquidation date for WTIB and USE"). Any shareholders who still hold WTIB and USE around the liquidation dates of WTIB and USE will have their shares redeemed at net asset value.

USCF Gold Plus Income Strategy Fund ( USG )

After business closes on November 12, 2026, USG will no longer accept orders. USG trading will be suspended before the opening on November 13, 2026. Starting from November 13, 2026, USG will no longer be traded on NYSE Arca, and its shares will no longer have a secondary market. Before the liquidation date, USG will begin to liquidate its portfolio and may no longer be managed according to its investment objectives. USG will cease operations, liquidate its assets, and distribute the proceeds to registered shareholders around November 20, 2026 (the “USG liquidation date”). Any shareholders who still hold USG around the USG liquidation date will have their shares redeemed at net asset value.

USCF Dividend Income Fund ( UDI )

After business closes on December 3, 2026, UDI will no longer accept orders. UDI trading will be suspended before the opening on December 4, 2026. Starting from December 4, 2026, UDI will no longer be traded on NYSE Arca, and its shares will no longer have a secondary market. Before the liquidation date, UDI will begin to liquidate its portfolio and may no longer be managed according to its investment objectives. UDI will cease operations, liquidate its assets, and distribute the proceeds to registered shareholders around December 11, 2026 (the “UDI liquidation date”). Any shareholders who still hold UDI around the UDI liquidation date will have their shares redeemed at net asset value.
