It is reported that the email address assigned to Bot ends with @mail.grokbot.com. Users can try to customize the prefix of the address, and the system will check whether it is available. The claiming process can be initiated from the chat interface; for example, by entering "Claim your email address".

This is also one of the important capability updates continuously launched by Grok Bot this week. Previously, the official also announced that Bot allows for searching, reading, and monitoring of X content, and added Shopify related capabilities to help users view orders, track inventory, and update product information.

The exclusive email address allows Grok Bot to not only handle conversations initiated by users but also to participate in tasks that require sending and receiving emails through this independent email account.
