The goal of the operation is to improve service consistency while reducing repetitive tasks such as delivery, transportation, and cleaning, allowing hotel staff to devote more time to serving guests.

Preliminary pre-deployment comparisons show that in the cleaning of some guest rooms, concierge services, and catering operations, the monthly operating costs are expected to be reduced by about 10%. The cost of robots has already been taken into account in the model. Actual costs, productivity, and guest service outcomes will be assessed after deployment.

Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens General Manager Piotr Kupiec stated: "In a hotel, every round trip for delivering items and every repetitive task consumes time. We want to use robots judiciously, so that the team can focus on what is most important to our guests."

Between the two hotels, the opportunity lies in rethinking how work flows within operations. Our measure of success will be whether we can provide more consistent service and make the daily work for our Heartists members easier.

It has been confirmed that the first phase will introduce specialized service robots for guest delivery, food and beverage logistics, scheduled cleaning, and concierge support. The deployment preparations include elevator integration, route planning, network requirements, and guest arrival notifications. This deployment is aimed at establishing an operational environment that will enable YYForce to evaluate the application of robots in hotel logistics, facilities, and guest services.

In the second phase, focus will be placed on the humanoid system YYForce and its future iterations. Permitted observations and agreed-upon arrangements for the use of operational data will serve as a reference for the selected room cleaning and banquet work processes, in order to advance the development of robot hardware, software, and the AI system.

YYForce CEO Mike Fu stated: "Working in a real hotel environment during actual operations gives us the opportunity to advance robot development from controlled demonstrations to real work processes."

"This collaboration connects technology that can be deployed today with the operational learning required to develop solutions for the next generation of workforce."

Our goal is to establish the technology, operational knowledge, and licensed training data needed for the future, enabling humans, AI, dedicated service robots, and humanoid robots to work together in hotels, facility management, and other service-intensive industries. This is a pragmatic step towards our YYForce 2030 vision and our ‘Forging Forward Together’ commitment.”

Both parties to the collaboration hope to jointly accumulate practical knowledge regarding how humans, AI, and robots can improve hotel operations. This partnership combines the hotel's focus on guest service and making employee work more manageable with YYForce's vision for 2030, which aims to create an integrated workforce ecosystem. The attached materials explain the scope of deployment, the AI research plan, and the long-term strategy.

Appendix A: Deployment and Operational Background

Service robot deployment has been confirmed in Novotel Singapore, on, Stevens, Mercure Singapore, on, and Stevens. Deployment has not yet begun. The following application descriptions are within the planned scope; the allocation and operational arrangements for individual robots will be finalized before launch.

Deployment Preparation

The preparatory work will involve robot route planning, elevator configuration, network requirements, and guest notification. The tasks and operational areas will be matched with the capabilities of the robots as well as the service needs of the hotel. The state of technical preparation will determine the order of implementation.

Technology and Support

YYForce will provide hardware, software updates, maintenance, and technical personnel in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding. The scope of support and commercial arrangements will be subject to the final agreement between both parties.

Why is operational capability important?

According to data from the Singapore Tourism Board, the average occupancy rate of hotels in Singapore in 2025 was 81.9%, higher than 81.4% in 2024, with 16.9 million international tourists visiting the country. These industry-level figures provide the context for this collaboration to focus on service capabilities and productivity.

Operational Objectives

Preliminary comparisons show that with the support of robots, the monthly costs for some operations are expected to be reduced by about 10%, including the costs associated with the robots listed in the model. This estimate is applicable to the scope of operations covered by the comparison. Another planning assumption estimates that overtime costs for the housekeeping department may be reduced by 5%. These two estimates are based on different criteria and cannot be considered as a combined savings. Both are affected by the model's cost range, operational coverage, and service assumptions; actual results will be assessed after deployment. The proposed performance indicators include delivery turnaround time, number of tasks completed per hour, reliability, colleague workload, and guest feedback.

Appendix B: AI and the Development of Humanoid Robots

Future Hotel Application Research

The second phase of this collaboration will focus on training and developing the humanoid robot system YYForce and its future iterations. The proposed research will utilize hotel work processes to help the company understand the physical tasks and service requirements that future humanoid systems will need to handle.

How the hotel work process can provide reference for the development of AI

The aim of this plan is to connect observations of certain hotel tasks with the development of robot hardware, software, and the AI system. The human units of YYForce are expected to train together with hotel staff in designated scenarios, helping researchers understand how people move, handle tasks, and adapt to different service environments.

Guest Room Cleaning Research

Observe the selected room service workflow to map out the actions, physical environment, and spatial requirements. This task is aimed at helping YYForce understand the complex room cleaning tasks and transform them into future automated room cleaning capabilities.

Research on Banquets and Guest Services

The selected banquet workflow will help researchers understand the action requirements, service processes, and the ability to adapt to different event scenarios. These observations are intended to support future applications in banquet and guest services.

YYForce intends to use licensed observation and agreed operational data to improve the robot hardware, software, and the AI system. This research involves future capabilities; it does not imply that the humanoid system is ready to independently clean guest rooms occupied by people or to independently operate banquets.

Operational environment for technical development

The hotel brings together room cleaning, logistics, catering, facility management, and guest services. This collaboration aims to advance the robot strategy of YYForce beyond the demonstration phase and to allow the company to assess how dedicated service robots and future humanoid systems can work collaboratively with humans in these functions. YYForce expects that these insights will be helpful for applications that can be adapted to other service-intensive environments.

Research Data and Intellectual Property

The contractual arrangements agreed upon by both parties will regulate the research activities, the permitted use of data, and the ownership of the research findings. The goal of YYForce is to develop proprietary robot knowledge and operate datasets through licensed research and development, while the hotel retains the rights to its operational processes, trade secret information, and brand assets. Any use of personal data of guests or employees requires separate review and appropriate safeguard measures.

YYForce Additional Comments

"We can deploy dedicated robots for tasks that can already be automated, while training humanoid systems to understand more complex hotel activities, such as room cleaning and banquet operations."

YYForce Inc. Chief Executive Officer Mike Fu
